How To Turn On/Off Alternate Timezones

You may want to turn the Alternate Timezone feature on or off for various reasons, depending on your company's location and customer base. Follow these simple steps to allow or prevent users from making appointments in timezones other than that of the business:

Step 1: Navigate to Settings > Business Profile

Step 2: Click or un-click the "Disable Contact Timezone" checkbox. When the box is checked, Contact Timezone is disabled, meaning all appointments will be in your company's selected timezone. Customers can book an appointment in their timezone when the box is unchecked.

Note: Once the "Disable Contact Timezone" box is selected, all appointments will be made in the timezone set under Settings > Business Profile > Time Zone. Additionally, the timezone dropdown won't be viewable in the calendar widget.
