Custom Reply Address

There's an option to Add a custom reply-to address on outgoing emails.

Note:

All incoming emails will be sent to that email address instead of routing to the Conversation tab.

Navigate to Settings > Email Services, click the Reply and Forward Settings tab, add an address, and click Save.

Here is how that will appear for contact when they receive an email:
