Missed Call Text Back

In this article, we will discuss how to set up Missed Call Text Back in your system!

Part 1: Settings Option

Step 1: Navigate to Settings, Business Profile

Step 2: Scroll down to “Missed Call Text Back”

 

Step 3: Enable and customize the missed call text back

Part 2: Using a Workflow

If you’d like to further customize what happens when you get a missed call, workflow can be a better option. 

Note: If you customize the message further, you will want to turn off the missed call text within settings.

 

Step 1: Go to Automations, then Workflows

Step 2: Create a new workflow with the “Auto Missed Call Text Back” Recipe

Another Note: Click on the triggers and customize the filter to your use case and actions.

 

Step 3: Customize and add to your liking, then change from Draft to Publish for the workflow to be live!
